Are you mortally wounded?
If yes or uncertain, continue to 3.
Otherwise, skip to 4, you lucky dog - Consider Your Estate
If you have written your will, chill and skip to 4.
Borrow a pencil and paper or, if necessary, scratch out instructions on the pavement.
Ask bystanders if any of them is a notary. - Document Damage
Mark with large X the body part(s) damaged/destroyed.
EMTs will love you and,
If the answer to #2 was yes, so will the coroner. - Location, Location, Location
If you happen to be under the truck, do not move.
That will make it easier to find you.
Do, however, make noises, to alert onlookers to your presence. - Truck Consideration
If the truck wasn’t yours and is leaving the scene, write down/memorize its license number. - Have a Nice Day
