Kidneys

We all should go down on our knees
To thank the Lord for kidneys

Working always, no cessation
Performing glomular filtration

Fighting toxicity, momma mia
Using ammonia, making urea

Which certainly is reassurin’
Without them we would not have urine

And with no urine, you can see
We would never have to pee

Hmmm – the more I’m thinking, I get madder
At the signals from my bladder
