A Hallmark card
Meets a guy in a bar
They sit and drink
And after a couple of beers,
It’s quite apparent
The guy is warming up to the card
“So, what kind of card are you anyway?”
“I’d rather not say”
“Ah, please tell me”
“Well, OK. I’m a wedding card”
“A wedding card?”
“I don’t think I ever met a wedding card before”
The evening wears on
Finally, near closing time,
The guy invites the card back to his place
The card demurs and the guy is unhappy
“Why won’t you come have some fun with me?”
The card replies, “I’m saving myself for marriage”
