Dear Batman:
It’s great having a superhero to write to. I’m thinking of writing to some other superheroes, but you’re the best, always! Does Superman or Flash or Robin like writing letters? I’d write to Wonder Woman, but wouldn’t want my wife (Della) to get jealous. Maybe I’ll write to all of them (not Wonder Woman). I told my wife (Della) about this and she said not to write to Spiderman because she’s afraid he might come over and she’d hate cleaning up after him.
That got me to thinking. Maybe I should have a superhero dinner where all of you guys (not Wonder Woman/Spiderman) come over to my house and have dinner (pork chops). My wife (Della) is a great cook. You could kick back, relax, have a beer and tell superhero stories and you wouldn’t have to worry about fighting crime for one night. You could even bring Mrs. Batman! We could also invite Commissioner Gordon to be sure you wouldn’t get called out too! Please let me know when is best for you.

PS: Is Robin old enough to drink? I don’t want to get in any trouble. Also, please don’t let this party get out, as the criminals might see it as an opportunity to commit crimes. I bet you already thought of that didn’t you, you sly dog!
