Dear Batman:
I’m glad to hear your wife (Claire) is OK. Maybe she’s busy. Do you think I should write to her again or just wait another day? Either way is OK. I saw someone speeding today and wondered what would Batman do (WWBD)? You’re probably too busy chasing The Penguin (Riddler, Joker) to worry about traffic, I thought at first, but Crime is Crime, right? It isn’t fair to prefer one crime over another and I bet you don’t either. That would be bias!
So anyways, I flashed my lights at him (pretty sure it was a guy) and pulled over to the side of the road, but he sped up even more! I got his license number, though, and called the Police Station (911) and asked for the Commissioner. They said he was busy and I thought, “I bet he’s talking to Batman!” Was I right? It was about 1:30 in the afternoon. I hope I didn’t interrupt anything important, but I guess everything you do is important!
I’m gonna tell the DMV (Division of Motor Vehicles) about the speeder, but if there’s anything else I should do, please let me know. Thanks!

PS: The license number (speeder) was 3AGL4122, I think (uncertain if it was a ‘1’ or an ‘I’), in case you’ve got some time tonight and want to look into it. You don’t have to, though.
