Life is comprised of atoms
From the universe everywhere
There are atoms in rocks and in our socks
And atoms in the air
Some say life has a spark
That simply goes out when we die
But a spark means nothing to an atom
And an atom could never cry
Yet the miracle of life’s in atoms
So it’s most perplexing to me
That their sum is so much greater
Than the parts can ever be
