On the days you’re very blue
And the cards aren’t stacked for you
And you haven’t got a clue,
The sun above’s not shining,
And the planets aren’t aligning,
You lie in bed all day,
Under covers hid away,
Dreading life in every way
You may ask, “Why me?”
But when living is carefree
And you’re dancing happily
In the joy of being you,
Shouldn’t you be asking
Why me then too?
