I do not have a “best friend”
That concept’s awfully weird
I mean, do you really keep friends in lists
And measure bars they’ve cleared?

If a friend says something you don’t like
Do they lose some points of rating?
And if the one on top screws up
Do you hold another in waiting?

It all is sophomoric, no?
Of such logic I’m bereft
Since I don’t rate, I guess my friends
Must all be B-F-Fs
