Clothing Budget Struggles

Citing her state’s new 10% surcharge on intimate apparel, local woman Sandy Shoreleaves complained to reporters Wednesday about budget struggles. “I was very careful all month with spending, but I had to buy clothes and went over my limit. It all comes down to bras’ taxes.”
