In a swamp
Under logs
There are very
Many frogs
Frogs are green
Slimy too
Coated with an
Oozy goo
In which they lay
Little eggs
That turn to tadpoles
Minus legs
But tadpoles do not
Long exist
Because of
Metamorphosis
Some say frogs
Make fine dining
But like their numbers
I’m declining
