I can deal with almost anything
I’m a flexible kind of guy
My boss was really out of sorts
But I let his nonsense slide by
I got caught in the rain buying groceries
And was soaked down to the bone
It didn’t faze me much at all
Though I dripped all the way back home
But there’s a different matter
That’s giving me the sweats
It’s something of which I confess
I have great big regrets
And as a result, I’m acquiring
An inferiority complex
The trouble is arising from . . .
My Ex . . .
On X
With some three thousand people
She daily now connects
Announcing to the universe
That I am bad at sex
Then she turns the knife and says
I’ve an Oedipus complex
Yes, that is the reality
Of my Ex
On X
In two hundred eighty characters
She mocks and she rejects
My pleas to show some teensy-weensy
Bit of respect
And for the record I have never had
Herpes simplex
Another day of dealing with
My Ex
On X
This drama, as you’d imagine,
Has left me most perplexed
Constantly I’m dodging all
The emotional after effects
And still there’s no way of knowing
What she’ll come up with next
My reputation’s in the dump thanks to
My ex
On X
She’s walked the walk and talked the talk
To make this online scandal
That if I could, I truly would
Immediately dismantle
Alas I can’t, so here I rant
I wish somebody’d scramble
The Wifi signals broadcasting
My Ex . . .
On X
