Near-identical twins, Leroy and Elroy Driddle, of Three Stomachs, CO, were named joint winners this past Tuesday of the annual Kiwanis Club Halloween costume contest in nearby Scapula Springs for their magnificently realistic fish outfits. In regards to the award, Leroy stated, “I am not my brother’s kipper.”
