An awful California town
Along the asphalt way
Can turn a smile into a frown
That will not go away
Accommodations dirty
The gas beyond expensive
The weather on the best of days
Unpleasant, reprehensive
Avoid the place. Go other ways
Tis not a place to stay
And what location brings such wrath?
It’s easy, Needles to say
